Terms of Service

Effective: October 2, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and RE3 Innovations LLC, an Iowa limited liability company ("we" or "us"). They cover your use of HaulOS Hazmat at hoshazmat.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.

1. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old. You must give a real email address you control, keep your password private, and keep your account to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account.

2. What the Service does

HaulOS Hazmat has two parts:

• A load tool that estimates placarding and segregation for hazardous materials based on 49 CFR, using the UN numbers, weights, and positions you enter.
• A credential tracker that stores the expiration dates you enter for your CDL, DOT medical card, and hazmat endorsement, and emails you reminders before they expire.

3. You remain responsible for compliance

The Service is a reference aid. It is not legal advice and it does not replace the regulations, your shipping papers, your carrier's procedures, or your training.

• You, your carrier, and the shipper remain fully responsible for correct placarding, segregation, marking, and every other hazmat requirement.
• Always check results against the current regulations and the shipping papers for your load. Regulations change, and the Service's data reflects a specific edition that may not be current.
• The Service may contain errors, may be unavailable, or may not cover your situation.
• In an emergency, use the emergency response information on your shipping papers, the Emergency Response Guidebook, and the emergency phone number listed for the shipment, and call 911. Do not rely on the Service.

4. Reminders are a courtesy

Reminder emails can be delayed, filtered as spam, or fail to send. Renewing your credentials on time is your responsibility. Keep your dates current in the tracker, and don't depend on a reminder arriving. You can pause reminders at any time from your Account page.

5. Free access and paid plans

The Service is free during early access. We plan to offer the load tool, including its future enhancements, as a low-cost subscription. We'll tell you before anything is charged, and you choose whether to subscribe. The Service will never show advertisements. If you have a paid subscription:

• It renews automatically each billing period until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time. You keep paid access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
• Payments are not refundable, except where the law requires it.
• If you delete your account, paid access ends immediately and any remaining paid time is forfeited.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. The new price applies from your next billing period.

If a subscription ends, you can still log in, view your credential dates, update them, and receive reminders. The load tool and its future enhancements are part of the paid plan. Credential tracking and reminders stay free.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service. That includes trying to break or overload it, accessing other people's accounts, scraping it, reselling it, or using it to break the law.

7. Your data and our software

The credential dates and other information you enter are yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. The Service itself, including its software, design, and data compilations, belongs to us.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from your Account page. Deletion is permanent. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we'll tell you why unless the law or security prevents it. We may also discontinue the Service, with reasonable notice when possible.

9. No warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for fines, penalties, lost wages, lost work, or out-of-service orders arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $50.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Linn County, Iowa.
