Privacy Policy

RE3 Innovations LLC ("we" or "us") runs HaulOS Hazmat at hoshazmat.com. We collect as little as we can, use it only to run the Service, never sell it, and never show you ads.
What we collect

We do not collect your name, address, phone number, license number, or payment card details. We do not record your IP address with your account. Our web server's error logs keep only a shortened, partial IP address, and older logs are deleted automatically.
Load entries. The shipments you enter in the load tool are saved only on your own device, in your browser. They are sent to our server to calculate placards and segregation, and are not stored there.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you logged in and protect forms from forgery. We don't use advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies.
Services that handle your data for us
We use a few providers to run the Service. Each receives only what it needs.

We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it for advertising. We may disclose it if the law requires it, such as a valid court order.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account exists. Pausing reminders keeps everything saved. When you delete your account, your data is removed from our database immediately. Our backups keep it for up to 14 days, after which it's gone from them too. Our email provider may keep records of sent emails for a limited time.
Your choices
- View and update your credential dates any time in the tracker.
- Pause reminders from your Account page.
- Delete your account and its data from your Account page.
- Ask us anything about your data at support@hoshazmat.com.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), store passwords only as hashes, limit who can access our systems, and restrict backups so only our server's administrator account can read them. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your information, we'll tell you as the law requires.
Age
The Service is for people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in a significant way, we'll email you before the change takes effect.
